14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our dropshipping business, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Downloadable or digital products

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at clipshop00@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds
