All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide via our fulfilment partner Zendrop. Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 7-20 business days
United Kingdom: 7-20 business days
Europe (Germany, France, etc.): 7-20 business days
Rest of World: 10-30 business days

Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Free shipping promotions may be available periodically.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
