ClipitChat is an online retail store offering consumer products through a dropshipping model. All products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClipitChat and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. As a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence.
